Q. How do we offer such low rates? A. GeoTel is a carrier. We buy our minutes in bulk from a large nationwide network provider. Since we buy in such bulk, our rates are deeply discounted. We do not have the high advertising costs of a major carrier, so we pass along the savings to our customers. It also allows us to spend our money to provide better service. Q. How will I know if I'm switched to GeoTel?
A. Upon completion of the GeoTel
Sign Up Form you will receive a confirmation call from VoiceLog. A
VoiceLog representative will confirm your change to GeoTel Communications
Services, Inc. If you would like to FAX the GeoTel Sign Up Form please
use the GeoTel Fax Sign Up form. Q. What are the billing increments? A. Unlike some programs, ours does not charge you minute-by-minute. Instead, domestic direct-dial calls are billed in six second increments after the first 30 seconds. You can choose how you want to be billed directly to your major credit card or via a mailed statement. Service not available in Alaska or Hawaii. Q. Does GeoTel offer calling cards? A. Only 15¢ per minute. Good anywhere in the U.S., 24 hours per day. Compare our great per-minute rates to other national providers. Q. Does GeoTel offer Account Codes (PACs).
A. Yes. We offer both verified and non-verified Product
Account Codes (PACs). Q. How long should provisioning take? A. Please allow 4 to 10 days for the switch-over to take effect. Your long distance service will not be interupted during the transistion. Q. Who do we contact for provisioning issues?
